For example, the temperature on the farm varies from 32 degrees during the day to around 8 degrees at night. The drastic daily temperature changes affect the density of the coffee beans and make the trees smaller and more compact than trees of the same variety in other regions of Colombia. El Obraje often does not receive enough rain and has to irrigate selected areas with water from the farm's own pond.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e When we first cupped El Obraje Caturra down at the roastery, we immediately realized that this is a coffee we will want to drink a lot of ourselves.
