How long is the delivery time?
Our normal delivery times are 1-5 days. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.
If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you should contact us at the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org or via the form below.

How can I pay?
In our webshop you can pay with Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
How can I return a product?
If you bought coffee from us, you cannot return it. But if you have bought something else via the webshop, you can read more about what applies in our refund policy .
Are there any guarantees on the products?
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the consumer is entitled to a guarantee of two years, unless otherwise agreed. The warranty applies to defects that occur within two years of the product being delivered. If the product has such a fault, the consumer has the right to demand that the product be repaired, replaced or that the price be reduced.
The warranty also applies to defects that occur during the warranty period, even if the defect is due to the consumer's carelessness. However, there are some exceptions to this rule. The warranty does not apply, for example, to defects that occur due to normal wear and tear or to defects that are due to the consumer using the product incorrectly.
