Washed coffee

To the taste, these beans as the process method reveals - cleaner. With the help of machines and water, the pulp is carefully washed off the beans before they are left to lie in water for a while so that all the pulp dissolves. The beans are then dried. The last membrane that surrounds the coffee bean, ?, is shaken off in a form of threshing machine.

In addition to the fact that washed beans have a cleaner taste than other processing methods, they usually have a higher acid. Most of the beans we sell are washed.
