Guatemala La Mora, produced by Eduardo Pablo Lorenzo, is a coffee that Solde has the pleasure of roasting for the second harvest in a row.

Nadine Rasch and the team at Primavera Coffee Source help us bring Eduardo’s coffee to Malmö, which we are truly grateful for.

La Mora stands out for its clarity and elegance, offering refined notes of stone fruit, apple juice, and plum.

The name of Eduardo’s farm comes from the blackberry plants growing on the property. Prior to harvest, Eduardo carefully prepares his drying beds and fermentation tanks to avoid any contamination during the harvest season. The beans ferment in water for 36 hours, are then washed and soaked once more in water for an additional 12 hours. The coffee is dried on raised beds for six days and then carefully sorted lot by lot.

This coffee is excellent brewed using your favorite pour-over method, or why not as an espresso if you enjoy sweet and fruity espresso shots.
