Costa Rica has been an origin country for us ever since our first roasting batches at the roastery in 2010.
A couple of summers ago, Diego Robelo visited to talk about his Aquiares farm, which he had taken over from his father, Alfonso.
Diego shared his passion and drive to continually improve as a producer and to cultivate exceptional coffees on his farm.
We believe Diego has succeeded admirably, and our Centroamericano is an outstanding example of the exceptional quality of coffee from the Aquiares farm.
